The Journey That Shaped a Mission

Having worked in the corporate world for more than 20 years, I have been in companies where I feel energized and purposeful. Every single morning, I jumped out of bed to work filled with excitement, knowing that what I’m doing is making a difference in people’s lives. I have also worked in companies where I felt anxious and fearful, living in a toxic culture where everyone is for themselves, being micro-managed and monitored to the tiniest details to squeeze in profit and cut costs. I dreaded going to work, and felt helpless and hopeless.
Being an expatriate living in a foreign country, away from my family in Singapore, this is a big thing for me. The time I spend at work is so much more than the time I spend with my family.

What a waste of this opportunity cost, and what a waste of my life, if I am not enjoying my work and living to my fullest potential.

Leaders Create Leaders is a movement about how leaders can create an empowering work culture where people are engaged, challenged, and fulfilled, living our best lives and doing our best work.

I have dedicated the past 10 years of my life as the founder of Leaders Create Leaders, a training and coaching company based in Singapore and Vietnam to start this new movement. Leaders don’t just create followers. Leaders create leaders. Through the course of my journey, I have had the honor to train, coach, and facilitate more than 80 companies, both SMEs and MNCs, with over 3000 leaders around the world. The experiences, insights, and frameworks about how we can reinvent ourselves and our teams are co-created through our countless workshops, forums and dialogues.
